Organizing and File Attributes​

Votars helps you effortlessly manage and organize your files. Each file includes:

  • Name: The name you assigned to the file.
  • Creator: Who created the file.
  • Duration and Word Count: For audio files, see the duration; for text files, see the word count.
  • Recent Activity Time: The last modified and opened time.

Folder Management​

Easily create and manage folders for better file categorization and storage:

  • Supports Nested Folders: Create multi-layered folders, supporting up to 10 levels.
  • Folder Sharing: When sharing folders, only the owner can create new files within them.

Sorting and Filtering​

Quickly find the files you need with various sorting and filtering options:

  • Sorting: Sort by creation time, recent modification time, or file name; folders are listed first.
  • Filtering: Filter by file creator or participant.
  • Search: Search by file name within all files you have access to.

File Operations​

Perform various actions on files and folders easily and conveniently:

  • Move: Move files to a specified folder.
  • Trash: Move files to the trash for deletion.
  • Permissions: Set access permissions for team members, including viewing, editing, downloading, and full access.
  • Sharing: Share with team members.
  • Download: Download single files.
