    • Our advanced AI can distinguish between different speakers, labeling their transcriptions accordingly. This metadata adds depth and understanding to the transcription.

    • Transcription content can be viewed simultaneously on multiple devices. Whether you're using a computer, phone, or tablet, you can track the transcription in real-time.

How It Works​

  1. Set Up:
    • From your Votars dashboard, ensure your microphone is properly set up if you plan to use your computer or phone for recording.
    • Alternatively, integrate Votars Bot with your preferred meeting platform (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to enable automatic joining and transcription.
  2. During the Meeting:
    • Votars starts transcribing as soon as the meeting begins. You can see the live transcription on your Votars interface.
    • The transcription updates in real-time, reflecting the continuous stream of dialogue and is viewable across multiple devices.
  3. Post-Meeting:
    • After the meeting concludes, the real-time transcription is saved and can be accessed via the "Files" tab in the Votars interface.
    • You can review, download, and share the transcription in various formats such as PDF, DOCX, or TXT.
