Roles in Workspace
Owner
The creator of a Workspace automatically becomes the Owner, and each Workspace can have only one Owner.
Owner permissions include:
- Inviting or removing members.
- Permanently deleting files from the Workspace.
- Deleting the entire Workspace.
- Assigning an Admin.
- Managing subscriptions: canceling, renewing, or adding additional seats.
Admin
The Owner can assign a team member as an Admin to help manage the Workspace.
Admin permissions include:
- Inviting or removing team members.
- Assigning other Admins.
- Granting view-only, download, or edit rights to members.
Member
Members join the Workspace via an invite link sent by the Owner. They can:
