Roles in Workspace

Owner

The creator of a Workspace automatically becomes the Owner, and each Workspace can have only one Owner.
Owner permissions include:

  1. Inviting or removing members.
  2. Permanently deleting files from the Workspace.
  3. Deleting the entire Workspace.
  4. Assigning an Admin.
  5. Managing subscriptions: canceling, renewing, or adding additional seats.

Admin

The Owner can assign a team member as an Admin to help manage the Workspace.
Admin permissions include:

  1. Inviting or removing team members.
  2. Assigning other Admins.
  3. Granting view-only, download, or edit rights to members.

Member

Members join the Workspace via an invite link sent by the Owner. They can:

  1. View the workspace

  2. Record and transcribe audio.
