What Happens to My Data If My Votars Subscription Expires?

If your Votars subscription expires, your data will not be deleted. However, your access to certain features and data will change based on the Free Plan restrictions. Here’s what you can expect:

Data Retention​

  • Your existing transcription data is permanently retained and will not be deleted.

Access to Transcripts​

  • You can view all your transcripts, but editing, exporting, or using advanced features may be restricted.

Access to Workspace​

  • Only the workspace owner will retain access to the workspace.

Available Features​

  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan, and you will only have access to features available under the Free Plan.

Recommendations​

  • Before your subscription expires, save or export your transcription data to ensure you retain full access.
  • If you re-subscribe, you will regain full access to all features and data.
