Why Isn’t My Credit Card Being Accepted?
If your credit card isn’t being accepted, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Payment Information
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Even a small typo can cause the payment to fail.
2. Card Not Supported by Stripe
Our payment processing partner, Stripe, accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If your card isn’t one of these, it won’t be accepted.
3. Insufficient Card Balance
Ensure your card has enough funds to cover the total amount of the subscription. If not, the payment will be declined.
4. Bank Restrictions or Frozen Account
Your bank may have frozen your account or flagged the transaction as suspicious. Contact your bank to resolve the issue and let them know the payment is intentional. Alternatively, try using a different card.
