What Happens If I Cancel My Subscription?

If you cancel your subscription and revert to a Free Plan user, your existing transcription data will not be changed or deleted. However, you will lose full access to your previous transcripts due to the access restrictions of the Free Plan.

What to Expect When Your Subscription Expires:​

  • Data Retention: Your data is permanently retained.
  • Access to Transcripts: You can view all transcripts, but editing and exporting may be restricted.
  • Access to Workspace: Only the workspace owner retains access.
  • Available Features: Limited to Free Plan features.

Recommendations:​

  • Save your transcription data elsewhere before the expiration date to avoid losing access.
  • If you re-purchase a subscription, you will regain full access to all features and transcripts.
