What happens when my account is downgraded?

When you downgrade your Votars account to the Free Plan:

1. Benefits Downgrade
   Your account will revert to the Free Plan after your current subscription period ends (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).

2. Access to Data
   Your account and existing data, such as recordings and transcripts, will remain accessible. However, advanced features will be restricted based on the Free Plan limitations.
