Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your Votars account, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Login Page:
    • Visit the Votars login page.
  2. Click on “Forgot Password?”:
    • Below the login fields, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
  3. Enter Your Email Address:
    • Enter the email address associated with your Votars account in the provided field.
    • Click “Submit” to receive a password reset email.
  4. Check Your Email:
    • Open your email inbox and look for an email from Votars with the subject “Password Reset Request.”
    • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Open the Password Reset Email:
    • Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
  6. Reset Your Password:
    • You will be redirected to a password reset page.
    • Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again in the provided fields.
    • Click “Reset Password” to update your password.
  7. Confirmation:
    • You will receive a confirmation notification indicating that your password has been successfully reset.
    • You can now log in to your Votars account using your new password.

  • Password Requirements: Ensure your new password meets all security requirements, including length and complexity.
  • Password Reset Link Validity: The password reset link is only valid for a certain period. If it expires, you will need to request a new reset link.
